By booking an appointment with me, the spot is reserved specifically for you. In the weeks, days and hours leading up to your appointment, many other clients are turned away in order to honour this reservation. Service providers such as myself count on clients prioritizing their appointments as most late cancelations and all no-shows, go unfilled. Out of respect I ask for your appointment commitment whenever possible.

CANCELATION POLICY + NO-SHOWS

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice (preferably more) for any cancellation or appointment change. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for any cancelation or appointment change will result in a charge of 50% of the regular priced, total value of the service(s) booked. Those who tend to cancel/no show regularly may be required to have a valid credit card on file prior to any future appointments being booked and/or a prepayment of 50% of service total to reserve the appointment spot.

APPOINTMENT DAY

It is requested that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving late for your scheduled appointment limits the time for your service, reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Regretfully, late arrivals can not receive an extension of scheduled service times as I am often booked with another client to follow. Late clients will still be responsible for full service fees.

CELL PHONES

In order to fully enjoy your time with us and as a courtesy to other guests, please set cell phones to silent prior to entering the spa.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

While it does not happen often, sometimes clients come in with issues that are beyond the scope of our esthetic practice. In these limited instances I reserve the right to refuse service with only your best interest in mind and will refer you to Dermatologist.

We DO NOT tolerate abuse in any form at our spa - toward staff or other clients. This is a firm policy and any offenders will be removed with haste.
