I am a Certified Facial Therapist located in Lacombe AB. I most ardently believe in slowing down and making time to take care of our own selves. I have invested mind and heart over the years to bring this very practice into my own life. Throughout my time working + managing a local day spa, I have eagerly expanded my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional skin care training. The science and ritual of skin care, combined with the healing power of massage and intuitive touch is something that brings me much joy. I love working with people to create not only positive progression to their skin health, but to allow for a safe place to rest and release. It’s never too early or late to begin.

I have four daughters ages nine through nineteen. Each born to their own season and in order, spring, summer, fall and winter.
I have come to understand deeply the need for women to make time for themselves. To truly take care. Whether you have children or not, life is busy and sometimes very heavy. Prioritizing your whole-self wellbeing is essential to a good and balanced life.

With 15 years experience working exclusively with newborns, I refined my process into one that’s organic, soulful and baby-led. It's the inevitability of change and how fast it comes that makes the newborn stage so divine.
Recognized with international acclaim from both clients and peers, in years past I have taught industry professionals around the world my personal approach to baby-led newborn photography. I have traveled Canada, the US, as well as Australia and have seen my NEWBORN mentoring guide inspire photographers worldwide.
